Fred with the band from Chicago, "The Onstage Majority"
FRED SANFORD started out as a child at a very early age and grew up in a family of musician/creative types. Music was everywhere and in everything they did.
Fred went on to Northwestern University in Evanston Illinois where he played in the marching band, was writer, performer, and music chairman for the famed university WAA-MU show.
In his senior year at NU he joined an already successful Chicago show band called
"The Onstage Majority" consisting of four guys who each played 7 to 10 instruments apiece. With 35 instruments onstage, they performed multiple styles of music laced with comedy and personality. Their following of over 13,000 fans on their mailing list, supported the band for over 10 years.
Today, Fred is doing his own thang as a single singing and playing piano to professionally produced tracks, for smaller, but no less enthusiastic audiences. If you like the spectrum of genres from standards to Elton John, Chicago, The Beatles, Lionel Ritchie, Billy Joel, and Rascal Flats, call your friends and come out for a delightful evening of music.
We'll be expecting you!
